About Orma

Orma is part of Sarwaa, a Kerala based house of brands operating since 2010 across cafes, wellness, stays and retail. Orma is owned and operated by Tigisarwaa Ventures Private Limited.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. The price of every item is displayed on its tag in store and printed on your bill.

How you can pay

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and cash at all our stores. Card and UPI payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your card details.

Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases made at Orma stores and to any payment made to Tigisarwaa Ventures Private Limited for Orma products, including payment links issued by our team. By making a purchase or payment, you agree to these terms.

• Products. We describe our products as accurately as we can. Handmade and natural products may vary slightly in colour, size and finish.
• Prices. Prices are in INR, inclusive of GST, and are those displayed at the time of purchase. We may change prices without notice, but this will not affect purchases already paid for.
• Payment. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Online payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway partner, subject to its terms.
• Delivery. Orders are handed over at the store at the time of purchase. We do not currently ship products. If we agree in writing to hold or deliver an item for you, the handover date will be confirmed with you at the time of payment.
• Liability. Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have jurisdiction.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Exchanges. Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be exchanged at any Orma store within 7 days of purchase, with the original bill.
• Damaged or defective items. If an item is damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of purchase with the bill. We will replace it or, if a replacement is not available, refund it in full.
• Non returnable items. For hygiene reasons, opened food, spice and personal care products (soaps, oils and similar) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
• Cancellations. A payment made for an item that has not yet been handed over can be cancelled for a full refund by contacting us before handover.
• Refund method and timeline. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Card and UPI refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Cash purchases are refunded in cash at the store.

Privacy Policy

• What we collect. When you buy from us we may collect your name, phone number and email address for billing and to send your receipt. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank details; these are handled directly by our payment partner.
• How we use it. To complete your purchase, issue invoices, process refunds, respond to your queries and meet legal and tax requirements.
• Sharing. We share information only with our payment and billing service providers as needed to process your transaction, or when required by law. We do not sell your information.
• Retention and security. We keep records only as long as needed for these purposes and for statutory record keeping, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.
• Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or stop contacting you, by writing to sarwaahq@gmail.com.
